"Advantage" of a ChatBot solution at the ATP Erste Bank Open 500

Together with Christian Schleifer (Digital Manager) of e/motion management GmbH, we explored the question why the use of a ChatBot solution is a real added value for the ATP ERSTE BANKL OPEN 500.

For two years in a row, the ChatBot was launched alongside the world's top ATP tennis players. More than 15k enquiries within one tournament week show that this type of service has arrived in our digital midst. Since both the ERSTE BANK OPEN 500 and primeone place great emphasis on the topic of INNOVATION, we will continue to follow a common path in the future.

Whether we will see top-class tennis this year is not yet 100% certain because of the Corona measures. We keep our fingers crossed for the team around organiser Herwig Straka and wish with all our hearts that the felt ball will be played in the Stadthalle again this year. Ticket sales have already started and in these difficult times it is all the more important to support events and organisers!
