Customer Data Management is the key to success and the basis for possible campaigns and addressing a guest/customer as such. On the basis of the Oracle Customer Data Management Platform, in combination with the Oracle Integration Cloud, our joint journey will soon begin at the Verkehrsbüro Group. The development of a golden record and the connection to various IT applications (partly without a real API) are in the foreground here.
