CX – CONSULTANT (Location Vienna / Home Office)

YOUR TASKS

  • You will strengthen our development and consulting team in the area of customer experience (marketing, sales and service) or integration and process management, content management and digital assistants.
  • Together with our customers, you will develop tailor-made solutions, which will then be implemented by the team.
  • The execution of trainings and the support of our customers in and after projects also belong to your tasks.

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Degree in computer science or comparable qualification
  • Very good knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
    • CRM platforms (e.g. Oracle CX Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce etc.)
    • Experience with integration platforms and interface development
    • Programming (e.g. Java, C#, PHP)
    • Scripting languages (JavaScript, Groovy)
    • Markup languages (HTML, XML, YAML)
    • Database systems (Oracle, Microsoft)
  • Excellent ability to work in a team
  • Customer- and solution-oriented
  • Structured and conscientious working method
  • Great interest in new technologies and willingness to learn
  • Readiness to travel
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, written and spoken

The gross monthly salary for this function according to the collective agreement is between at least € 2,518.00 and € 3,565.00 depending on the depth of experience.

Based on education and experience, overpayment is possible.
