TOP5 bei den Oracle Markie Awards:
Was für ein Erfolg! Bereits zum zweiten Mal in Folge dürfen wir uns zu den Finalisten bei den jährlichen Oracle Markie Awards zählen. Diesmal in der Kategorie “Lead Management” und gemeinsam mit unserem Kunden Österreichische Glasfaser-Infrastrukturgesellschaft (öGIG GmbH).
2022/23
primeone was voted among the TOP 5 digital agencies worldwide at the Oracle Markie Awards:
At this year's Oracle Markie Awards (presented at Oracle Cloud World in Las Vegas / October 2022) primeone was selected as one of the finalists, and thus also among the TOP5 partners, in the area "CX Agency of the Year" worldwide.
Due to the large number of solutions and partners worldwide, this is a real accolade for our daily work with the provider/solutions as such, but even more an award for the projects that we are allowed to successfully implement with our customers. Even if the victory did not go to us in the end, we are happy to be among the TOP 5 and to be able to tell the world that you don't have to go far away when the good things are so close 😉.
2020/2021
PRIMEONE IS ORACLE MOST VALUABLE SAAS PARTNER FY21:
The year 2020/2021 will probably remain in people's minds for a long time. But for us as primeone, apart from the Corona restrictions (social distancing etc.), it was also a very successful time.
We were able to support many new customers on their way to the cloud and again broke new, innovative ground (e.g., greenroom/video consulting at EVN and kabelplus).
2019
primeone has been awarded Cloud Excellence Implementer EMEA by Oracle:
Oracle has not only awarded us the Innovation Partner of the Year Award for CEE this year, but also the Innovation Partner of the Year Award for EMEA. We are leaving behind partners from the big countries/markets like Germany, France, Spain and England.
Many people only talk about digital transformation... we have been living transformation and innovation every day for more than 10 years. Despite our 10 years, we have remained fast, agile and dynamic and love to accompany customers on the path of transformation.
2019
primeone was awarded Cloud Excellence Implementer by Oracle:
Innovations drive us. Innovations are the future. Without innovations and the desire for change, we humans would probably still be living in caves today.
We are therefore particularly proud to have been awarded the Innovation Partner of the Year Award by Oracle this year.
2018
Once again, primeone business solutions has been awarded the title "Specialist for the Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow)" by Oracle!
As a prerequisite, in addition to implementation knowledge and proven certifications, it also requires at least two positive customer evaluations/implementations in the last 12 months. With such an important topic as customer service, don't trust just anyone... talk to real specialists... talk to us.

Currently, only 20 partners worldwide have achieved this distinction, and only 5 partners in Europe. We are therefore very proud to be part of a very select circle of partners at Oracle. For us, this is once again proof that we have not only understood the topic of CLOUD, but that it has already become part of our own DNA.

The award for "Outstanding Integration Cloud Service Contribution" makes us very proud, as it shows us that the topics of integration and process management are gaining in importance in every project. Our aim here is to optimally transfer the existing systems and processes (on premise and cloud) and to ensure a smooth and comprehensible exchange. 2015
primeone is Oracle Customer Experience Partner of the Year... what a day!
The first years in the cloud business were not easy. There were often reservations about cloud solutions in general. But we also noticed a significant increase in interest in the last 12-24 months. Especially the department heads in marketing, sales and service want fast and agile solutions for their tasks. As a consulting and implementation partner, we have been able to successfully support various customers with cloud solutions from Oracle and have now been named "Oracle Customer Experience Partner of the Year" for the first time. It is great to see that our cloud experience, in conjunction with Oracle's leading CRM solutions, has been able to help customers quickly and easily. The award is the cherry on top of the cake.
